Where to begin. These people kept my truck for 10 weeks. Caused some serious hardships and hundreds of dollars in rentals. When it was dropped off to them it was making a noise but still running strong. When we finally got it back, it was leaking oil because they never put the pin back in the oil pan. Then it died on me in the middle of the street while driving. We called them, they refused to take responsibility for the shotty work and blamed us. Even hung up on us in the middle of the phone call. After inspecting what we could see under the hood, noticed several wires hanging freely near the spark plugs that should have been plugged in.
