Took a Polaris Ranger 2008 into have a code fixed after paying more than 2 thousand dollars in parts which didnt really think was necessary. Rich then charged over 1 thousand dollars for labor when my husband drove it he said this is worse then when we took it in and Rich first touched it. Contacted Rich took it back and the 2nd time it still wasnt right it was having excessive heat from under seat. Still had the code which never got fixed and Rich said it will be fine just drive it. We took it to a different shop which Rich new we were taking it to, they found he had replaced wiring wrong that was heating up. He also connected the fuel tank backwards and couple other situations. I showed up after a little over an hour drive to my pre scheduled appointment to fix what turned out to be a simple loose battery cable, he was also supposed to change out my tires but I was denied any service after arrival. The owner claimed that my bike had been sitting to long.. the bike sits outside uncovered on my porch in Arizona and had a few spider webs on it an otherwise mint condition motorcycle. He attempted to make it seem like I had a piece of shit bike that was clapped out and to far gone... The bike was literally mint condition with 12k miles.... I wiped off the spider web or 2 and drove it down the street to on any moto which didn't need an appointment, had great customer service, and complemented and immediately fixed my bike same day... Id highly recommend not going here

Called an set appointment for a motorcycle fluid change. Brought in my own fluids. Was quoted a price of $110.00 over phone. I took the day off work for this appointment. When I arrived went over motorcycle with owner. Owner then quoted me around $400 at shop for a fluid change. Said you quoted me $110 over phone. Owner its going to require more labor to do the transmission and primary fluid change. I was reluctant to proceed but I took off from work that day and didn't have time to reschedule with another maintenance shop. So oil, transmission, and primary fluid change (owner provided oil filter) cost me $469. Owner also charged me $20 for shop costs (rags to clean up his shop work). Drove motorcycle home heard squeaking noise it was my rear brakes. They were worn. The owner did not even

I bought a used Honda 919 off of Craigslist that seemed to be in good condition, but after 1 week of riding the rear brakes lost all pressure. I called Rich at 9:10 am the next day and he told me to come down so he could take a look. He figured out the problem within five minutes and gave me an appointment for 9 am the following day to get it fixed. He got the job done in less than two hours and at a good price. Rich will be my go to mechanic from now on and I can recommend him for motorcycle work in a heartbeat.

Why get some mechanic making minimum wage to work on your moto when you can get Rich with over 30 years of experience to do it? He did some excellent work on my Tenere 700. I waited a few months before posting to make sure his work stood up to time. It has. I highly recommend Rich and Motion Sports. He might charge a little more but he does excellent work.
