I strongly advise against bringing your car to this establishment. They kept my vehicle for approximately 6 to 8 months, blocked my phone number multiple times, and denied me access to my car in the back on multiple occasions. After eventually retrieving my vehicle, I found severe water damage that resulted in it being totaled. They refused to acknowledge my calls or text messages, blocked me, and declined to return my money.

Had a great experience. Wasn’t there for to long and everyone was friendly. I went and had my tire changed and a check up. They broke down what I needed and made a plan. I’d come back again

I only rated this place 1 star because there isn’t an option to give it 0 stars. The owner is extremely rude and lacks heavily in customer service. He wasn’t friendly at all, didn’t even greet me and I waited over an hour for him to “fix” a tire he put on my husband’s car 24 hours ago that was already flat. He asked me if I was in a rush and if I had a problem with him and he told me at least I’m alive?? Please don’t waste your time going here. HORRIBLE service !

I have came to them now on 2 separate visits and both times, Mel, was very courteous, kind and cared about my vehicle and even my personal situation. He worked with me, took great care of my jeep and I will continue to use them. Great reasonable pricing too. Ken Hoover- Lancaster, PA
