Moto Cars USA Elwood

Quick, easy and friendly. Will probably buy every car here from now on. EDIT : It is unfortunate that I have to edit a 5 star review to a 1 star. Within days of purchase the vehicle had a check engine light. Thankfully the dealer agreed to repair said issue. A week after getting the car back another check engine light. This time no response and a large repair fee. A Toyota dealership said it was obvious whoever sold the car was deceitful. The wrong fluid was used to fill the coolant and the water pump failed as a result. I fully believe MotoCars USA cleared engine codes prior the sale. I also believe they saw low coolant and decided to fill with the wrong fluid leading to further issues they knew would happen. I wouldn't recommend anyone buy a car from here. From start to finish I had a great experience! Jess was awesome and super helpful and polite. She was also very quick and did a great job at explaining everything! Jim was awesome too, super nice guy that just makes you feel at home. They got me into a great vehicle with great mileage that was super well taken care of and clean. Thank you Jess and Jim!

What an amazing experience! They are the nicest people I ever met! They really do take care of you and their cars! I will definitely recommend this dealership! You will not regret coming here! The best and easiest process I ever been of buying a car! I will definitely be back to buy another car from them.

I just left with my son after his first big purchase! As a mother you only want the best for your children and I have to say I was shocked with the outcome! Not only did they get him financed with a great APR but everything was quick and hassle free with top notch hospitality!!! Thanks to the crew at Moto Cars in Elwood for everything you did for my son and the soon to be great memories he will have with his purchase. Blessings to you all 🙏🙏

I had seen all the good star reviews and that’s why I went to them rather than all the other dealerships I was looking at and they were honestly phenomenal. The car that we had did have an issue but they took care of it and the car is all good now and they kept their word. I do recommend going to them. Trinity is amazing and Greg was very helpful With making sure that we get to where we needed to be. Thank you so much. I definitely will go back for my second car. ❤️
