Great folks. I was broke down with a flat tire and I was in the middle of my road trip. Anthony got me in and my tire replaced and I was on my way in less than 1 hour. Thanks for the quick service. I was able to get home at a decent time.

Everyone at motomember has been great to work with and always willing to answer questions. Cherie was amazing in helping me with securing a bike I had been waiting on for over a year, and getting it transferred over in a timely manner, she was on top of pricing, paperwork and her and the rest of the team worked seamlessly on a trade in and swapping over everything I wanted to my new bike. We recently purchased a Slingshot from Motomember and the experience was worth the two-hour drive! We were looking for a very specific style and color and when we found it, we knew we had to go see it in person. From the start, everyone was so friendly and welcoming. The service team was especially helpful and the sales team was awesome Harold and Brooklyn were great to work with. We did have a few small hiccups, but the team stepped up right away and made sure everything was taken care of. The excellent customer service and genuinely kind people are exactly why we came back to complete our purchase. We are now the proud owners of a beautiful new toy and couldn’t be happier. I enjoyed the atmosphere and the people. Each person was nice, courteous, knowledgeable, and made the experience memorable. They provided helpful tips and worked with me through the whole process of choosing/knowing the in and outs of riding and generous on the price. They were so good that my our friend bought a Spyder as well and my brother inlaw decided he may go as well/ my husband is already at a decision to go back and get a motorcycle from there. We will diffently recommending and continuing purchasing here.

I had a great experience working with Cherie. She provided top-notch service from start to finish and was incredibly helpful throughout the sales process. Even though they weren’t able to get the specific machine I was looking for, Cherie went above and beyond trying to make it happen and kept me informed every step of the way. The dealership itself was clean, very professional, and had a welcoming atmosphere. I truly felt valued as a customer.
