I’m guessing leaving a review is the easiest way to get in contact with this establishment. I pass by this place multiple times a day and rarely see them open, no matter which day of the week it is. I would love to have a reliable store close to my residence to be able to obtain parts and accessories for my multiple outdoor toys, but it’s hard to do so when the establishment is never open, open for only an hour, or just opens randomly. Obviously you can’t call and get in contact with anyone during their business hours because they don’t utilize a call forwarding system. If the issue is not having employees, then having just that would be beneficial for the customers!

BEWARE!!!! This guy does not have “insurance” and when he had a fire with my ATV onsite in his storage area and it was damaged, he waived liability of the whole thing. So after I had returned the ATV back to him after he failed to repair my initial issue, he charged me for the rework, then expected me to just swallow the fact that the front end of my ATV melted. He said he would be willing to pay for half of the replacement parts but that’s bogus in my opinion. He should have fixed it before I even showed to pick it up! I hate slandering small businesses, but I feel like this is a fair warning if you’re considering using them.

Great work at a reasonable price. They communicated with me when they found an additional issue. My Polaris runs great. Very happy and I will be back when needed.
