Nice sales department, friendly and knowledgeable salespeople. I do have some reservations about the service department because we bought a few years old, gently used (only 120 miles) bike with rust in the fuel tank. They had done a tune up on it. I’m not mechanically inclined but checking the tank seems like it would make the basic checklist. I decided to give them benefit of the doubt and we are still customers.

Purchased new motorcycle today. Received good help and advice from both from the salesman (Ahlijah) and the partsman (Jim). Both were friendly, helpful, and seemed quite knowledgeable about their products. I bought here because I prefer the more personal attention from smaller, family-owned businesses. Will return for accessories and service.

Dave was great to deal with. Easy transaction - all online and very quick. Had exactly what I ordered on the sales floor and ready to go the next day. Highly recommended. I will be back.

I bought a BMW 2022 Transcontinental two years ago and after over 50 years of continuous riding many brands of motorcycles I have thoroughly enjoyed the experience. I have rode coast to coast and after 30 thousand miles and hope to continue enjoying the ride... Motohio has maintained my BMW in a professional trusted manner. I'm Steve H, yesterday I rode my BMW K1600GT to Ohio trade it in on a Goldwing Motohio had. I found it online, spoke with Dave on the phone, talked myself into it and rode out to do the deal. The bike was exactly as described, the price was fair, the trade in value they offered was also fair (of course everyone would like more but I was satisfied enough to do the deal) As I had a 4 state ride I needed to stay overnight, Dave was kind enough to recommend a nice hotel in a safe part of town. The only thing I could moan about was the weather which I believe is just beyond their control. Note to other out of town buyers, check the gas level before hitting the highway, I didn't and as it was raining I didn't even test ride.
