Motor Sportsland RV Center

I recently brought my 2015 A-LINER to Motor Sportsland for some well-deserved repairs and maintenance. As Service agent Colton and I reviewed my list, he suggested a few things that I'd overlooked. One was wheel bearings. Never serviced. Though it added cost I was happy he suggested it. We added it to the list. The major repair was fixing the folding door side panel. It had pulled away from the main body. I was nervous about the quality of the fix. It needed beefed up. I asked Colton to send me images of the fix in progress and he did. I'd suggested something and the Service tech, Joshua, went beyond my expectations. His fix is how the thing should have been built in the first place! Motor Sportsland RV Center has the best customer service. This is our third purchase which tells you we keep coming back! Our salesman, Frank, was fantastic and accommodated all our requests. The staff is friendly and you can trust that you will get a great deal. Matt did our walk through today and was amazing and helpful, showing us all the things we needed to know about our new travel trailer. Brayden went above and beyond by installing a break harness system quickly and efficiently, even though he had a very busy schedule. Great group of people to work with. Frank was super helpful in our search for a trailer. The team was informative and not pushy at all. The finance guys are top notch and were also dedicated to the sale while not making it feel like we had to do anything above and beyond the trailer. Pick up was a breeze and the parts department was amazing. They helped supply everything I needed to get the trailer hooked up and ready to go.

If I had to title this review, it would be the ultimate dealer experience! I shopped everywhere in town before finally going to Motorsportsland. Almost all of the other dealerships I went to had very little interest in helping me because of my low budget. My sales person, Jeremy took the time to listen to my needs And help me find exactly what I wanted and needed. he was not pushy at all, he just listened to me and then found exactly what I was looking for.
