Motor Works

I have a freshman at BSU and the check engine light came on in her car. We are over 4 hours away and did not have any experience with repair shops in town. We used these google reviews to find Motor Works. They were excellent to work with. Got the car checked out in a timely fashion. Explained the issue to both my daughter and myself over the phone and fixed the issue faster than they told us it would be fixed. The price was exactly (actually a little lower) than they had quoted. The car is running great and they were very helpful as we navigated this situation with our child. Great to work with!

Had amazing service here! My Suburban broke down on the side of roads and they got a tow out to me quick and got me fixed up fast. Very knowledgeable and big shout out to Mike who helped me tremendously and even checked in after to make sure all the work was good and car was still running right. So big thanks to them and I will definitely be using them again for my car repair needs cause it’s a great service!

I would give this place zero stars if possible. People should know about their quotes. Even if it takes half the time you were quoted for they will charge you the full-time. I brought my vehicle in for what was supposed to be a three hour job and it was done and under an hour and a half yet I was still charged 3+ hours of labor. When I called, I was told that they do that because their mechanics by nicer tools so that cost it’s passed on the customer. Highly recommend using a new vocal shop not one that is franchise across the state.

They were able to get me in right away for an oil change. Did a thorough inspection of my vehicle and let me know about a couple concerns. They had all the pricing available for the stated concern repairs and had already checked if parts were available in town. Really appreciate their great communication.

I brought my truck into the shop in very cold weather. I had problems with the steering as I needed two front wheel bearings and oil change. I left it as they said they would contact me as soon as they knew what was wrong with a remedy and a price. They did the next day with a price to get my approval. I had a few more issues which they fixed with my approval. Had my car back in three days and drives nice again!!
