Motor Works

I recently moved to the area, and as someone who enjoys working on my own cars but also knows his limitations, I knew it would be important to find a good shop with the right kind of philosophy. My first experience with them tells me that they appear to be just that: they know both old and new vehicles, they don't talk down to you or try to upsell unnecessary stuff, and they're friendly and easy to deal with. It's a bonus for me to find a shop I like that is also run by a woman and has a reputation for being friendly to ALL kinds of people. That's unfortunately not always common in the car world. Give them a try; I'm glad I did.

I thought my battery was no good and I came to replace it under warranty. Engine light was on as well. The mechanic Dan came out to talk and explain everything to me along with Shane. They made me feel important and that they care. They also topped off my coolant which was low, at no cost. Definitely appreciate that! Great service and people.

Motor works does excellent work! Very professional and friendly only trust them to work on my truck. My 2021 Ram 1500 5.7L etorque drives way better now after having the spark plugs, tire rotation, wheel alignment and transmission service done! Shifts very nicely, more throttle responsive and drives much smoother! Very happy with all the work they have done! 😁

I would give MotorWorks 10 stars if I could. I was driving long distance alone when I had a tire blow on the interstate. AAA had me towed to MotorWorks, and I’m so glad they did. I drive an A4, so low-profile tires can be hard to get ahold of quickly. They got one ordered and delivered in less than a day. Since the incident occurred close to 5pm (when everything closes), I had to stay in an hotel nearby over night. They put a donut on my car *free of charge* so I could get around town until the new tire arrived the following morning. As a young woman traveling alone, breaking down on I-88 was scary… but these guys couldn’t have been more kind. They made a stressful event painless for me. …There were also very cute dogs greeting guests which was a huge perk. :) Thank you MotorWorks!!

I had the best experience using Motor Works for a repair on my work van. Excellent customer service, reasonable pricing and a speedy repair. I highly recommend them and will use them in the future, thank you for the great work!
