The car I bought from them last year had problem after problem. I was ignorant buying a new car and that’s on me. The bad experience started with the test drive when they didn’t put a tag on the back of the car and I got pulled over during the test drive. The core support was broken in two places, which I’ll give them credit for they fixed. But it took multiple weeks of me practically harassing them to get it fixed. They took my car one day and didn’t even fix it because they apparently ordered the wrong part. Mistakes happen, I get it but they also said they would fix a door that wouldn’t open and they never did.
