My fiancee and I had the absolute pleasure of purchasing our KTM 390 SMC R with Lou. The process was seamless, quick and at a very fair and competitive price. My only criticism is when you ask them if they filled up your tank and they say yes, check. The gas light turned on as I got home from the dealership 58 miles away.

I have been shopping around for almost a month for Trident 660 and all the dealership had quoted high out of the door quotes trying to rip us off and never budged even a penny. Then I found this dealer online and they quoted the best deal and were very friendly. Cody was very patient and helped us with all the paperwork and got the bike ready for the next day pick up. I got the exact color I wanted, discounts on accessories and a great deal compared to other 5 Triumph dealerships so it was worth for us to travel from Lakeland to pick up the bike. $160 to mount 2 tires and they didn’t even balance it. Just know any other shop would have charged less and would have balance them. Btw I took it back cause of a balance problem with the front tire and they said nothing was wrong and just to ride it:) so I did to another shop and they said nothing guy rode it and said yep it’s out of balance so that will be $30 to pull off then balance the tire and put it back on. And what a difference!!! So 2 lessons learned here. 1st is they’re way over priced plus not very good cause I was missing 2 screws in fender as well and 2nd I’ll never go back ;) there’s way better shops with nice service management not grumpy old dudes with crap attention to detail from his employees.
