Disappointing service today. I brought in my 2018 VW Tiguan for an oil change and they used oil with the correct viscosity but not VW-certified for this engine. When I requested a receipt, I was refused. Now I have to replace the oil elsewhere to be safe. I tried calling before posting this review, to see if they could make it right, but no one answered

Do not come here , these people steal. They stole my engine cover for my 2025 Honda accord. They tried to tell me my car doesn’t have a cover when it in fact did. The worst place I have ever came to as far as a shop for cars. There is an older Honda sitting outside, I am 100% sure my cover is on that engine. I reported them to the BBB. Responding to Felix the owner . Now, first off I know you don’t know what the hell you’re talking about because my car is 2025. My dealership confirmed that my car does have an engine cover. Which your employees stole. It’s fine, keep it. I’ll buy a new one. FYI I am filing a civil court against you and your place of business. Motoro Cars did a great job with my oil change. They work quick, the staff is nice, and the waiting area is clean and comfortable. I’ll be coming back.
