Motorspeed West

I asked the members of the 2002FAQ.com site where to take my 1972 BMW 2002 in for some service and a bunch of people recommended Motorspeed West. Everything about this shop and the people was fantastic. Easy location, quick intake, and really solid work. Message-based invoice and bill was easy to pay and the car is running really well now! Highly recommend these people and their work!

I've been going to Motorspeed West with two E46s over the past ~13 years. Bill and Tammy are fantastic. They're both incredibly professional, friendly, and knowledgeable and I've always felt safe and comfortable leaving my car in their hands. For any issue I ever experienced with my vehicle, I would be scheduled accordingly and they would take care of my car while informing me of what was going on. It's always been a wonderful experience receiving service from this shop, and I don't know if I want to even get anything other than a BMW for my next car, because that means I'd have to find a different mechanic, and I want to stay with Motorspeed West for as long as I can. Thank you so much for so many years of splendid service!!

Brought my BMW Z4 here twice over the past year. Both times I received excellent and timely work at a fair price. The first was for a radiator hose repair. The second was for brakes and brake fluid replacement as well as oil change and headlight lightbulb repair. Everything was super smooth from making appointment. Communication while they worked on car. Updates etc. They take pride in all aspects of the experience and the work is top notch. I am going to start bringing my other cars here.

Great shop, I've been bringing my cars here for well over a decade. This is a very trustworthy shop and they stand by their work. Additionally, the staff is very friendly and communicative. I would give these guys 10 stars if I could.
