Bought a new 24 Kawasaki STX160 and have been having a terrible experience with Motorsports following it. My ski was delayed being built, when they finally called me to pick up my new ski I arrived and found the wrong ski was built and on my trailer. Finally I received my ski from them and after two rides I noticed both of my mirrors were shaky which quickly became my ski losing my right mirror because when it was built the mirrors were not tightened properly. When I tried to get my first service I dropped my ski off Wednesday at 10a when my appointment was only to be told they won’t look at it until Friday. Friday comes around and they refuse to look at it until next week. I just picked up my ski and left. The only saving grace would be Jeff in parts as well as the other gentlemen who was
