It is rare to find someone truly dedicated to customer service and satisfaction, but I can say without hesitation that Mounce Auto is that rare find. A unique set occurances led us to these folks. We live nearly 2 hours away and happened to be shopping for a vehicle they had in inventory and passing nearby on a trip to see our son. We stopped to look at the vehicle and had the pleasure of working with Greg M. We were undecided, and left to discuss and continue looking at other vehicles on our list, but soon decided to turn around and start the purchase process.
