Mount Vernon Self-Service Car Wash

Please sell the place and let somebody else buy it who wants to invest. The place has so much potential but the equipment is the worst i have ever seen the soap barely dispenses its a terrible spot i would give it zero stars because its the truth. The equipment is falling apart completely the only upgrade he made is adding the tap to pay machine other than that nothing. Leaks everywhere, compressor sounds like it wants to blow up in the wall above you, soap is like a 1% ratio 99% water. the only useful thing you can do here is just rinse your car with water and move along thats all I do.

Works great. Make sure you have car wash mittens and about 2 huge car drying towels & an exterior microfiber towel if you want to apply your wax for good results. I wouldn’t use the brush because it can scratch and it does not look too clean. Also, the air dry wasn’t as effective and can leave water marks.This is pristine if you’re the kind to do your own washes; gave mine a nice detail right in their parking lot. The Pressure washer and soap dispensing was fine.

I was always wondering where I can go and wash my car by myself because the car wash ALWAYS miss spot or is not clean properly, one day I came across this place and I couldn’t wait to come and try it out. It is really good and I will definitely come again, my reason for giving it 4 is because there is no instruction of how much money it will give you for each minute plus the brush need to be change. I swipe the credit card twice thinking it didn’t read it and I notice in my credit card history it charges me $10 dollars and it was 20 minutes, not bad at all. I will definitely check again when I go to see if I miss the instructions and if I do I will update my review it overall will definitely go.

On 09/142024 I came to this carwash. While I was taking my brushes out the trunk and other stuff I need to wash my vehicle the person in charge came over and saw that I had my own soap and brushes because I didn't want to use there brush, but just to make stuff clear I had the machine of the water running since I arrived, meaning I was paying the second I got in. This person name Mat came over and told me I have to hurry up because more people wants to wash there car. We had a conversation about it and I never disrespected him by the way, this picture that I took was almost when I was finishing up and no one was behind me the whole time. After I got out I called the number here on Google to speak with the manager to address this issue because I don't think it was right, some lady picked up

I just came to the self service car wash to use the vacuum cleaner. And it took my cash, but the vacuum cleaner didn't work. Never again, should have used my card so I could've disputed the charge
