Broke down while enrolled for a scheduled event to start the following morning over 100 miles away. Mike and the crew were great, always some apprehension when one is from out of town and towed into a unknown shop. However they jumped in and at the last min got the RV running and even hooked up my trailer. Truly a blessing to this traveler. Highly recomend this shop for your mechanical needs.

Honestly go someplace else. Called a week ahead of time for a Tuesday appointment. Got my rental and had the truck towed in on the Monday before. They didn’t touch the truck until FRIDAY afternoon. So much for an appointment on Tuesday. Picked up the truck, brand new power steering pump howling like crazy. Brought Mike out to listen, he says the steering gear box is bad and "there is nothing he can do about it." One other small issue I wanted them to fix, but they didn’t have a part. I guess they couldn't order the part either. So it just didn’t get fixed. Had to bring the truck to another shop. They fixed my small issue. Steering gear box is fine. Changed out the Power Steering Fluid Mountain Home motors put in, And put in the correct Ford Mercon V ATF that is supposed to be in there. No

I had a great experience from begining to end. Justin who was very kind and polite and shuttled me to work while they replaced my front brakes and much needed rotors,and Mike the owner, who was very professional, and kind. They were very up front with me on pricing, no surprises. Fast, efficient and friendly service!! Would highly recommend and will be my go to shop for all car repairs! Thank you so much!!

We had planned to install a hitch on my SUV, as we are usually pretty capable, but quickly realized we were in over our heads. I called a few local places. One refused an estimate over the phone, one was not very pleasant, another place we were unable to get the call picked up, then we got ahold of Mike, who was very helpful. He gave us a quote, and advised us on the best parts to buy. We had so many questions, and he reminded helpful with each call. We ended up asking him to just purchase every thing that was needed. He had it ordered, delivered and installed in less than a week. The hitch itself is a higher quality /weight limit than the ones we had looked at, with no major difference in price. There's just not enough good things I can say about this shop or these people, and 5 stars is not nearly enough. For a few years now Mike, Jason, Crow have been helping me mechanically restore my vintage motorhome . Recently I added my vintage Bronco. This is really a great group of people that will go out of their way to help. New Year's Eve I locked my keys in my truck. Justin and came out to help. I feel very blessed that I found this group of people who have become my friends. I'm thankful for the staff at Mountain Motors Auto & RV. And I wish them the very best in 2025!!!
