Sorry to hear of Mark’s (Original owner) death. Perhaps his widow needs money? If that’s the case, I’m happy to make this one time donation ($180 for a $20 gas cap, a $20 can of gas treatment, plus “labor” - plugging in a diagnostic instrument multiple times). Zero results. In summary: Am I happy - NO. Will I ever go back - NO.

Super Louie and Fred the mechanic are the best, don’t go anywhere else. I’ve used them for 11 years. Quick story, while traveling I had a loud hum coming from the back of my car, a mechanic in Quebec said there was nothing wrong, and a mechanic in Illinois said it was a “wheel hub”, but I didn’t have time for him to order the part. Dropped it off with Louie and got it back 2 hours later, it was a wheel bearing, and no charge as it was still under warranty! These guys rock.

They are so honest and good at what they do. We have gone to them for many years and have NEVER been disappointed!

They would not listen to the issue at hand. I dropped my car off because my driver side window would not work but all the rest would. I had a new master window switch and new window regulator and motor. I wanted them to check the wiring because everything else had been exhausted. They kept telling me to buy a new switch for $200 because the driver switch was not working. I kept telling them it's the wires I need them to check and they wouldn't. Both the selector switches wouldnt raise the driver window, including the one I brought myself. They still wouldnt check the wiring. They kept insisting it was the switch. 1 star.
