I scheduled an oil change appointment with their scheduling center and was quoted a price. When I got to the shop the price was a lot different and they told me that the quote was incorrect. Then Salvador, the store manager, said he was going to honor the quote I got, which I thought was really great! They started work on my car as soon as I got there and were done in a half hour. Salvador explained everything that they found, which wasn't much but he was thorough and detailed. I would easily come back here again! I think I trust Salvador to be an honest person.

I've been coming here for 6 years. They never disappoint.. they've had various managers there over those years and all of the managers have been great. The current manager Salvador was amazing,. He is kind, efficient and very polite super helpful. Top notch service.

The people here are amazing. We have always been able to get great service and products for them. I had an issue in December of 2025 in which they could not find the correct size for my car (low availability in the city). It is a newer electronic car and has different sizes for front and back. Anyway, we had to go several rounds before the right tires were ordered and put on. So this was an extremely frustrating experience but I will say they handled it professionally and offered appropriate discounts.

Arrived at the store on Desoto to get a simple flat repair at 5:40 pm on a Friday. I was sent away saying that they closed at 6 pm and would not look at my car due to not having enough time to do the job. There was only 1 car in their large shop and workers available to do the work.. I can see why you have a 4 star average reviews. Never again.

If I could give negative 5 stars, I would. Store hours say they close at 6 PM. I showed up at 4:30 on a Saturday. Plenty of time, right? Not for this manager, who looked like I ruined his weekend just by walking in. Instead of doing his job, he made up some nonsense about my front suspension being “blown” — without touching, checking, or inspecting a single thing. Which is hilarious, considering my car is brand new from the dealer. Just say you’re lazy and don’t want to work. Don’t insult my intelligence with a lie. To top it off, he cussed me out — and yes, I have the video. That’s not just bad service. That’s a store manager throwing a tantrum on company time.
