Mountain View Tire & Auto Service

Today one of my car tires got a nail in it. I first went to another shop, but they told me it would take five to six hours just to fix the tire. And since it was the first day of the New Year, many places were closed — I was starting to feel a bit helpless. Thankfully, I found this shop. They were open, incredibly professional, fast, and very friendly. What surprised me even more was that after fixing my tire, they refused to take any payment. Their kindness and efficiency truly made my day, and it felt especially heartwarming on a holiday. Thank you for helping me out in such a stressful moment and giving me such a warm start to the New Year. I’ll definitely come back for any future car services and will recommend this place to my friends!

I took my car in because I saw a screw in my rear tire. It looked like it may have penetrated the meat of the tire, and I was visiting from 3 and half hours away. Sam, the manager was slammed with cars a d told Me he could fit Me in if I brought my car back in 3 or 4 hours. True to his word, he fit Me in. He wrote up the service order for a patch job on my tire and said it would be $40. Once my tire was taken off and inspected they found that the nail didn't go all the way through. So there was no need for anything to be done but put my tire back on. When Sam heard this, he said that there would be no charge. I tried to give him something for the inconvenience but he refused to charge Me anything. He just wished Me safe travels and a good day. I definitely had a great experience. So much s

I was back with Michael and Sam at Mountain View for my other car 1994 BMW 328i. It needed a lot of work…I got new tires, AC fixed, new windshield wipers, air filter etc! All done in a timely and reasonable priced manner. Thank you Michael & MountainView Tire & Auto Service team!

Bought tires from there. My pressure light came on andIt was time for rotation. I went in, Mike was super helpful. All information was in system. In the time I walked to get coffee it was done!. Honest people at this shop . No surprise problems. Highly recommend. I came back for oil change , filters and repair valve. Once again Outstanding service!. They are consistent in doing a great job and taking great care of my car(1/8/2926)

I am so very pleased with the service and with the cost of repairs for my car! I heard a noise underneath my car. It was a problem with the hub. Also, they stated that I needed 4 new tires, since all 4 of my tires were very bad. They fixed everything timely and gave me a very fair price. I will continue to go to Mountain View Tire and Auto Service in Rancho Cucamonga!!
