Mountain west Insurance Agency

I want to be fair, so I’m intentionally not naming any specific agent. I’m sure there are good people working at Mountain West Insurance, and I can’t speak to the agency as a whole. Unfortunately, my personal experience was not a good one. From the very first phone call, the interaction felt a bit rough — the person who answered the phone came across as dismissive. I was then assigned an agent out of the Edwards office, even though I am nowhere near that location. Communication quickly became the main issue. I was told an insurance review would be completed, but that never happened. I also had to follow up multiple times over several weeks just to get responses to fairly basic questions. Alpine Insurance Agency of Edwards was amazingly easy to deal with. Rachel took care of all of my insurance needs Laying out all my options and ways I could save money. Very professional and responsive. Will definitely be using them in the future.

My broker is Amy Greinke for couple of years. I only had great experiences with her. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She always help me and respond right away. My case with health coverage was always complicated. She spend hours on the phone with connect fot health co to fix all the mess with our file. She works with you to find the best possible deal or plan for you. She is the right person for the job ! A++++ Alpine Insurance Agency-Edwards whatever you need the will help you with right away. I would always recommend.

This is hands down the worst insurance company I've ever dealt with. I personally deal with Amy Greinke as my broker and she is a joke. You will never talk to your actual agent and will always be passed off to a receptionist or assistant that doesn't know any answers to your questions. As a matter of fact, I've left Amy 3 messages this week about my insurance practically doubling and I haven't heard a peep from her. Save yourself, go to a different insurance company because there can't be a worst one out there.
