A week ago when we bought my son's car I was asked repeatedly to leave positive feedback. The staff seemed very friendly and straightforward so I did as asked. Now, only a week later with a blown engine, they are hanging up on my fiance and ignoring my messages that I can see have been read. We just want the vehicle repaired so it will be safe for my teenage son. Especially since we we're given false info about the condition of the car. They are very willing to work with you... until you are off the lot. I understand used cars will not be perfect, but we at least expected it to run more than 3 days. I highly suggest having any vehicle purchased here gone over by a mechanic before any cash exchanges hands.

My daughter recently bought a 2007 Cadillac in March and it was only on the road for a 3 weeks and just stop running,and it's been in the shop since. We have put a whole new motor in, water pump, wheel bearings, ignition switch, starter, computer engine. We still have not found the problem. Called down to talk to them about the car and they did not want to hear it. On top of that they took out a late fee and when we weren't even late. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS SO CALLED DEALER. THEY ARE FRAUDS. As of August 19,2020 I'm up to over$5000 in repairs and it's still racking up. Plus my daughter called and talked to Chelsea and told her all that had to be done and just found out there is rust on the frame and she said she was unaware of it. Amazing love my suv for this area if you want a good car and honesty for a excellent price and low down here is where u want to be. They are the sweetest people. Would I get another vehicle without question no sooner than my kids get licenses I will get two more without hesitation. Oh had suv for almost 10 weeks very few issues. Reliable car I cant stop talking about my experience..

The people working here are really nice, but sold me a total lemon. Haven't been able to drive it for months, it overheats & has a radiator leak that they had to have known about as it had fluid in it when I bought it so they had to have refilled it, but the fluid leaked out in about a week. Finally got it paid off yesterday, thank goodness. Wouldnt buy from here again. Update: car ended up needing a new radiator, head gasket, water pump among other things and the total cost to fix it has cost me more than the car itself which was $1750. Buy with caution from this place! Update #2: final cost to repair was $2050.

I had the best experience when I came here! My car broke down at a time when I needed it most and Chelsea did everything she could to help out and I love my Forester! No issues, the car is clean!!! I'm definitely going to go back to this if I ever need to.
