We had the best experience with Mountaineer RV at both locations. Joe is an amazing man to work with. He helped us as if we had been best friends for years. He looked until he found exactly what he knew we were looking for. He is honest, funny, fun… my 14 year old daughter has already said “I miss Joe.” So, Joe, I guess we’re going to have to come just hang out lol. Now, let’s talk about Shawn and Vince…the two miracle workers who delivered this 40’ beast up our goat trail. I told the sales manager whoever they sent needed to be good. We can’t say enough about this place! From the time you pull into the lot you are greeted with friendly faces. Joe Perdue, our salesman, was awesome!! He listened to our wants, our concerns and was so patient with ME 😬. Tim made the finance part smooth and easy. The ladies at the front desk were great! Jimmy, Dusty & Okey were top notch. Jordan did our walk through and was so knowledgeable. Everyone was so patient explaining things and answered ALL of our questions throughly.
