I wish all car dealers could be like Michael, he is an example for the industry on how to win over a customer with excellent and honest communication. I was searching around the internet for an Escalade for my wife and came across a beautiful one at MP motors. I talked to Mike on the phone and it was everything it appeared to be so we went ahead and pulled the trigger sight unseen. We drove almost 5 hours to pick it up. Super amazing transaction, Was looking for a Bentley Flying Spur for a while. Kept finding the right one but at the wrong dealerships.
