The employees there were friendly and the work was done quickly and reasonably priced for the replacement. However after pulling the tape off my new replaced window I noticed they put my old seals back on but they were in multiple pieces which they were not like that before. Also some was missing. When my husband called later about it they said it would cost 200$ more to get a new seal put on. Pretty upsetting.

I shopped around for prices from Safelite and a couple other local shops. Their prices were under all of those and they did a fantastic job replacing my windshield on my 2019 Ford Explorer. Tyler and Said are the ones that did mine and they were very friendly and professional throughout the whole experience. Highly recommend these guys and will return if I need another one done. Great job you guys. Also I did the side moldings on mine, which they recommended to me and I think you for sure should do that if you want it like new again. You get what you pay for.

Called these guys and they were very respectful, easy to talk to, easy to book an appointment, and called with a friendly reminder. Highly recommend for windshield replacement in the Columbus GA and Phenix City AL area.

Highly recommend Mr. Auto Glass! We had a rock chip our windshield and called Mr. Auto Glass less than an hour before closing, fully expecting we might have to schedule another day. Several other companies we called told us they couldn’t help us until tomorrow, but Mr. Auto Glass worked with us and got us in that same day, which we were incredibly grateful for. The service was fast, professional, and done with great care. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and there was even a clean bathroom available, which you don’t always find and really appreciate. Excellent customer service, very accommodating, and clearly takes pride in his work. If you need windshield repair or auto glass work, Mr. Auto Glass is the one to call. We would not hesitate to use him again.

This place is amazing. The most humble guy, quality work and blessed 🙌 in favor gentleman. He does stand up work. I recommend him definitely. If you go any where else, you are missing out on quality work just for acheap price and cheap work. This guy/these guys are wonderful ❤️
