My 2013 VW Jetta had a coolant leak from the water pump. Mr. Auto SD was very honest about what was needed for the repair and offered an affordable price. During the service, they found additional leaks and fixed them without charging extra labor. There has been no leak at all since the repair. I had to get a bunch of work done to my 2015 Fusion and these guys blew my expectations out of the water. After getting quotes from other shops, these guys not only beat their prices but got the job done in half the time. Customer service was beyond expectations and these guys have earned a lifelong customer in me. I've been telling everyone about how positive an experience it was with this shop! I also had some concerns about my brakes, brought it in, and they told me that several of them looked at it and thought everything was fine. How rare it is to find an honest repair shop nowadays. 10/10 recommend, don't go anywhere else!

Nice place, they are super clear and made me fell confident that I was doing the right maintenance for my old subaru. They answer questions, provide breakdowns, pricing is good. Service is fast, repair to cv axle was made but they also gave me a heads up on what other parts to watch as they were nearing their end of their span too.
