I took my Suburban in to diagnose why it was having intermittent trouble starting. Richie and his crew discovered the valve cover gasket was leaking oil all over the starter and killed it. They also gave me an oil change and adjusted my windshield wipers. I highly recommend this shop. They do quality work in a timely fashion and don’t oversell you on stuff that you don’t necessarily need done. Thank you Mr Auto 😃

When is there to get a CV axle repaired and they did not tighten or do the part correctly they put aftermarket parts that did not fit correctly and I still have the vibration and moving in my tire

The whole team went the extra mile to help me. I had just purchased a new/used Ford Explorer and was having some concerns. Mike set my mind at ease letting me know that the purchase I made was a good one and I had nothing to worry about. They check out everything! Trustworthy shop. I will be back!

I wouldn't give this place any stars if I could. Took my son's car there and they did fix the heater by manually flipping the switch. They told me they put new cables in and they couldn't figure it out. Then proceeded to charge me $350 and told me to bring it back in the spring so they could switch it back again manually. I told the guy if he couldn't fix it for under $1,800 then I didn't want it fixed. He even told me how much the part cost. Turns out I take it to a different shop and they said they don't think they even replaced the cables just zip tied The old cable to the instrument panel. I am out $350, which is not easy to come by for me. So I want to ask them how does it feel to scam somebody on disability? The worst part is they know I have brain cancer.

ZERO STARS !!!!! Awful place these people took my car inside and we’re “fixing” it said my parts wouldn’t be here until Thursday and I couldn’t pick up till Friday and I have a tracker on my car I’ve been watching since I dropped it off and they have been joy riding my car around for there own pleasure. Never bring your service here they will take your stuff and take advantage of you and charge you more if you have a foreign car .
