The guys at Mr. Auto are great! Mike and guys really are knowledgeable about their craft. Quick and very nice. They had no problems with the custom rims on my jeep! I appreciate the great service I received. I will be back!! Also just had the tire sensors done on my Equinox. Very pleased with the professionalism of Al and the guys! The worst experience I’ve ever had with a business of this kind. I took my car in to get some simple key copies made. Along with my original key, I brought three blank keys. The job was straightforward: cut them and program them. First, they ruined one copy. I thought, “OK, I still have two more… I assume you’ll pay for the one you just messed up, right?” Then they damaged another one. And to top it all off, they broke my original key. The only copy they managed to cut correctly wasn’t even programmed. I walked into the shop with my original key and three new blanks; I walked out with a broken original and three useless copies. My experience was excellent. Mike gave me great advice on wheels and tires. I wanted something still luxury and aggressive at the same time. Didn't want to sacrifice ride quality. Went from 18" to 20". My car still rides amazing and maybe a little better thanks to Mike's recommendation!
