Mr. Automotive knows exactly who I am and paying almost 5k for a junk yard motor with many other bogus repairs You are better off walking than taking your vehicle here. They should refund the thousands taken from me for nothing! Strange how a new plenum gasket and repair was done but here I am doing myself because it's a train wreck from Mr. Automotive May 28th 2025 update Mr Automotive has made no attempt to contact me. One of the cheap repairs they charged me for was an alternator and a new radiator but none of these had any issues when I brought the vehicle to them. The radiator just broke on me because they put a cheap one in with a top plastic connection. Now just like the plenum plate and gasket I'm doing the job the right way with quality parts! They are fast, efficient, thorough, and understanding. I called in the morning for car diagnostics after I found coolants spilled all over the engine bay. They took my car in by lunch time, and gave me diagnostics by afternoon, and fixed the problem the next day. Throughout the process, they give me frequent updates on my car, and walk me through what needs to be done. They literally take me to the car and point out individual spots with explanations. Then they answer any of my questions with patient.
