Great experience here. They replaced my rear brake pads quickly and the price was very reasonable. They were honest and didn’t try to push any unnecessary repairs. By far, the most ethical, honest, and professional automotive shop I've ever used. Recently, the Honda dealership told me I needed $1,200 in ball joint and boot work. I almost fell for Honda's hustle. Instead, I took my car to Mr. Brake. Not one, but two suspension experts inspected my car for Honda's claim. Mr. Brake experts even showed and demonstrated to me that there was no issues that Honda claimed. They also checked my brakes and tested my brake fluid. Everything was fine. Suggestion: before you go, make an appointment. My experience with Mr. Brake was outstanding, and I highly suggest them for brakes and suspension work.

Even though they were wrapping up for the day and the building was undergoing construction (which almost made it look closed), Harry. the technician still came out, took a look, and gave me a quick, honest diagnosis—completely free of charge. He suspected it might just need a simple rear drum adjustment and took the time to explain everything without any pressure to commit on the spot. I hate anything related to cars. Being a girl that knows nothing I feel like it’s to take advantage of work I don’t actually need. Tire works quoted me over $1,100 for brake and rotor work. Got a second opinion from Mr. brakes and walked out paying $510. Less than half of what tire works was saying I needed! Mr. brakes felt honest and fair. Would definitely recommend especially if you don’t anything like me.
