Used them to fix my camper after a lightning strike hit the camp ground I was in and taken out a few campers, mine included. Both of my ACs were not working, my fridge and there was a leak in my slide. I thought it was going to cost an arm and a leg so I had started the process of doing an insurance claim. The price ended up being low enough that it didn't justify going through my insurance and I paid out of pocket. Techs were very focused and efficiently solved one problem and moved on to the next. I think they were there for a total of three hours and a lot of that was trying to get my main unit to defrost enough to finish wiring it. Will without a doubt call them back for any maintenance issues in the future.
