I’d give you zero stars if I could. I was sold a lemon. Repaired said lemon. They repossessed said lemon. Your tow truck driver damaged my property and nearly hit my jeep with my kids inside. He’s not the only one “ with cameras all around”. I’ll see you in court.

Bought a car here had to return because after a few weeks didn’t wanna start they said it was the battery so I bought a new battery still didn’t work . Told be there was nothing I can do so I said I wasn’t going to pay for it so they came to pick it up and got mad when I took my new battery back . Bad cars bad service don’t recommend .

I had two pre-requisites for the kind of car I wanted: 1)power windows 2) and it had to have a working a/c. Told the owner that and he showed us a few cars, found one we liked and started up a deal. It was a 2007 dodge car with around 85000 miles on it for $7000. While his wife was drawing up the paperwork we were talking and I noticed one of the tires didn't have a hub cap, so I asked him about it and he said "oh, I'm sure it's around the back in the garage, when I find it I'll give it to you" with a smile trying to be funny and laugh it off. I called a week later to ask about it, "yeah we don't have it, sorry". Now to the problems: 1)there's no working a/c! We bought it in October so I didn't find out till early summer and tried to use it and nothing but hot air. 2)The horn didn't work..

Great people here. My husband got his 300 here. The process was easy. They were quick to fix an issue and are stand up people. 100% recommend!

I have been going thru Mr. Car auto says since 2004 they are wonderful friendly people and always have been good with their vehicles and prices . They are the best people I've ever dealt with in the tri cities
