Thos was a wonderful experience as soon as we arrived we were greeted promptly. All my expectations were met . I was taken care by Luigi the salesman Alberto and Fabricio . The service is unremarkable they bent backwards to make sure everything went thru and smooth Thank You Mr. Car.
Everything went super quick, from viewing the car to test driving it. Fabrizio was very friendly from beginning to end! He was very knowledgeable of the car! Which was great and we never felt any pressure at all! Would recommend to come and shop for your next car.
The service was incredible as soon as you walk in Luigi treated us like family unlike other dealerships they go beyond just trying to sell you a car. The procedure was made super simple thanks to Genesis. Also the selection of cars is a plus, I had been looking everywhere for a good standard transmission car and they had just what I needed. Im happy to have made my first car purchase here. A big thanks to the staff.
My first time here was two months ago and today l came and bought a Toyota rav4 2021 and the costumer services has always been good with Luigi, I recommend this place look for Luigi if you want a car.
