Mr. Clean Car Wash

Today, February 7, 2026 at 11 AM. I went to go get an exterior wash and interior vacuum. I normally do my vehicle myself, but it had been a couple months and it was a bit chilly out today so I figured I would treat myself by paying someone else to do it. I got the $39 package. I ended up tipping $12 so $51 in all. When I got into my vehicle I did not think to look around properly. Once I got home,I noticed that the vacuuming had probably only been done about 60%. I immediately called back with no answer and I left a message six hours ago. I am not a Karen, I’m not unrealistic and I never ever leave bad reviews. I understand this is not a full detail, but the effort put forward was terrible . I will continue to go down the road and pay $10 and wipe it down myself and vacuum properly. I have

Been awhile since at a Mr Clean. For the type of car wash I got I guess it was OK. Not the best. Windshield was a bot smudgy. Vacuum was good. Wash. Well it wad a machine. Actually I've been through them before. But,did they change the colors inside. Was a bit rough much. And I really felt a little u conformable. Like are those brushes gonna come through? Will I be back? Not for the cost.

I was in for the platinum car wash deal they usually do a pretty good job, but I was in on Sunday and when I left, I realized that I still had stuff on the finish of my car had not been clean very well and my windshield was dirty. I had to clean it myself when I got home sometimes they do a good job and sometimes they don’t this trip. I got the worst car wash ever for 50 bucks would not recommend.

Its been a while since I last been here. The only positive note I have, is that at least they brought back the smell good soap. After getting out of the tunnel, one of the attendants motioned me to go to bay 2. Other cars got there after me, and got done before me. In bay 2, there was 2 cars ahead of me and other bays 0-1 cars ahead. It was 30 minutes before my car got started on. For $50 not worth it.

I came in for a car wash and detail, and a grandchild had thrown up on the floor and the seat on one area that was $25 extra just to clean that seat and shampoo the format The rest of the car was it needed a good wipe down, vacuuming, etc.. I paid $125 for this service and before I even left the bay I had to ask for their cloth and wipe down some areas they missed and some crumbs on the backseat Noticed other areas that had been left undone Close to perfection in regards to vacuuming and wiping down my vehicle, so I am less than happy. I specially told them to pay attention to vacuuming between the seat and the console on the floor and cleaning the seatbelt holders which they did not do I have tried to call them and I sent an email to their contact on the website.
