This is an outstanding business for dent and collision repair. I took my highlander in for a dent fix and I am so glad that I did. These guys are great! They fixed my dent and saved me on a huge expense. With Mr. Dent, professional care and good work is the kind of service I recieved. This is a group that takes pride in their establishment and themselves. A very welcoming, kind and qualified group. I highly recommend Mr Dent.

My wife and I have used Mr. Dent in West Plains several times. They have done excellent repairs for us which we appreciate. Another big plus for us is the fact everyone we have had contact with have been very helpful and friendly. My wife has even commented on how friendly everyone is. I watched today while Shawn was getting my Buick finished as one of the workers went above and beyond to help an elderly lady on a cane. You don’t see a caring attitude like that much now days. These guys repaired my truck when I was rear ended by a driver who was covered by Progressive Insurance. I do not have Progressive Insurance, but they did an excellent job with my claim....but more importantly Progressive did not recommend Mr. Dent due to some regulation or policy but they did offer them as a body shop that they regularly did business with.....Mr. Dent is fairly close to my home and has a nice looking facility, so they seemed good enough for me....and what a good choice they were. Mr. Dent is very customer focused, friendly and responsive with their customer interactions. They procured the parts quickly, handled everything with the insurance claim, kept me posted about progress through the holiday season and delivered my truck back to me beautifully restored......My wif

Super friendly. I totaled my vehicle so I did not actually get work done BUT they were so friendly and helpful while waiting for State Farm to get their act together. They did the estimates and stayed in contact with me better than my insurance company did- so I am leaving them a good review based on that. If I need bodywork done I would go to them based on their customer service.

Fantastic Service, excellent work and very professional ! You can not even tell my car was damaged and fixed! A white glove experience! Although I hope that I do not damage my vehicle again, I would most certainly give my business to them. Thank you guys!
