Short and to the point... They seem to know what they're doing. I've read the reviews and a common trend is patience runs out when they have miscommunications with their customers. I was frustrated about an issue but still wanting to support their (local) business but he was already done with me. He suggested a few other places and said, "I just don't like your attitude" I guess it's more like, he didn't like being called out on what was originally quoted. What's funny it that i was still willing to move past the misunderstanding and move forward with a new product. Well..... I guess I'll be taking my business elsewhere and leaving my review. I recently had opportunity to visit Mr. Driveline for a second time. Once again extremely impressed with their service and attention to detail. This is the second driveline that I have had them repair/modify. Once again I am completely impressed. Levi is very knowledgeable in his trade as well as very reasonable with his pricing. There is no question where I will go for all of my future driveline or welding needs. I have also referred a friend of mine in a commercial snowplowing business to Levi and Levi has exceeded all of their expectations as well.

By far the absolute worst customer service I have ever had. I was told my plow would be installed and ready to go in one week. After 2 weeks had passed by I called and got some lame excuse which I probably would've been okay with had this place called me to let me know that it was going to take longer. When I dropped my plow off I said replace the motor, all the hoses and whatever else needs replaced just replace it I want it to be like brand new. So then a couple more weeks go by, (at this point we're a month into this), and then I get a call saying hey you're truck is done but your plow motor is fried so we'll have to order one. I'm furious at this point because now it's been snowing and I've been losing money due to their incompetence and lack of paying attention to what I told them I w

Fantastic!!!! I was passing through Rigby on my way back to North Dakota to help with a Family matter. I developed a driveline vibration leaving Idaho Falls that became critical by the time I got to Rigby. It was early Saturday morning and I thought (OhBoy..) I might be stranded in Rigby for at least the weekend. I stopped at the O'Reilly auto parts store for suggestions for who might be able to help on a weekend. BTW...the manager of the O'Reilly store was also extremely helpful!!! THANK YOU!!! THANK YOU!!! I called Mr Driveline at 7:30am in the morning and left a message about my problem.
