Mr. Fix It Auto Repair

I took my husband’s truck to Mr. Fix It for a serious issue with the gas pedal not responding and causing the truck to stall and eventually not start at all. We paid an outrageous hourly diagnostic fee so they could check all the parts that we had replaced ourselves which all check back working and non faulty, and all they did was blame an old safety device installed before we owned the truck. They removed it, charged us nearly $800 for diagnosing and “fixing”, and sent us on our way claiming the problem was fixed. Twelve hours later, the truck stalled again—same exact issue, nothing actually repaired. My daughter and I had to push the truck down the road because their “fix” lasted all of 15 miles. Mr Fix It did a great job! Finding someone local to work on a BMW is not easy. It was handy to communicate through text, but also nice to be able to make a phone call and talk to someone if needed. They texted me an estimate beforehand and an inspection before they began working on my car. The service and communication was great. I will gladly have them work on my car again.

Very convenient. The staff was awsome and answered all my questions and concerns. The work is professional and fast. Will be taking my vehicle there every time its needed.

Our car broke down on a Sunday evening on the way home from vacation. Mr. Fix It was amazing. They communicated promptly and made every effort to get us on the road home as quickly as possible on Monday. They were very sympathetic to our situation and went above and beyond to meet our needs. They followed up to make sure we got home safely and everything was running ok. I wish they were closer to home because I would go there for all my service issues!

They took care of my son when his truck was broke down 5 hours away from home. Only shop to answer and actually offer wrecker service at a reasonable price. Over and above what they had to do. Communication is great probably won’t fine a better service advisor to deal with. You get what you pay for sometimes. Good experience and will use them again. No surprises, you are updated and kept up to speed through out the repair. Will be our go to shop while he attends school out there.
