Mr. Glass

Had a great experience using Mr Glass to replace our windshield. We were in town from VA dropping our daughter off at college. We had an unfortunate situation where someone threw something from an overpass downtown and destroyed our windshield. We called Mr Glass and not only were they able to fix our windshield the next day, they gave me a loaner to use so I can go back and forth to the college while they fixed my vehicle. Brian and the staff up front were great to work with. Highly recommended.

If i could give a 0 stars I ABSOLUTELY WOULD. This is the worst company I've ever had to deal with. I purchased glass for a upcoming liquor store im opening on 10/18/25. It is now 12/17/25. I paid $8800 for this glass with installation. I was told the glass would take 2-4 weeks to come in and 2 days to install. Tomorrow will be 8 weeks since the glass was purchased and I have yet to get word on if the glass was even purchased let alone a installation date. After 5 weeks of waiting I called the co owner van. Van expressed that for 1 week he was sick and the other week he was on vacation so he didnt get anything done work related. Once van returned to work he had to stop by my store again for a second time to retake all measurements because he couldn't understand the diagram his workers dre

This is my first time experiencing the service of Mr. Glass- & they definitely know how to make a first impression! My car was vandalized on a Friday. I called them to make an appointment for Tuesday. They had the MOST AFFORDABLE price of any place I called. They told me to expect the repair to take up to 2 hours. I get there- & they finish the whole thing in 30 MINUTES!! Like what??! On top of that, I had leftover glass cracked all over my backseat. My plan after the repair was to go vacuum the rest of the glass left destroyed by the vandal. But I didn’t have to- BECAUSE THEY DID IT FOR ME! They clearly know how to do service well & efficiently!

I had my windshield replaced the other day at this Mr Glass location. They did a nice job and did it pretty quickly. Unfortunately... When I got in my vehicle, there were lights and a warning on my dashboard. Some safety features on my car were not able to function according to what it said on the display. It suddenly dawned on me... When I was sitting in the waiting room 10 minutes earlier, a man who worked at Mr Glass came in the front door and handed the receptionist lady a key fob and said to her..."there are lights on". I just realized that he was talking about my car, and the receptionist told me nothing about it! I took a good look at my new windshield and realized what the problem was. I was looking for a local shop to go to when I needed a new window. Not only was I able to get an appointment incredibly quickly, they worked with me to order the window and helped with my insurance. Customer service was soooo amazing by the lady on the phone. And the owner was in and talked with me while I waited. If I ever need another window repair job done they are the ones to see.
