Love everything about Mr. Jim's Auto. My 2006 Jeep Wrangler was in a neglected state mechanically when I purchased it four years ago. The repairs have been handled expertly and all were very necessary. I have complete confidence in their diagnostics and the guys could not be more helpful or pleasant to do business with. Appointments are timely and loaner cars are also available!! Keith is wonderful.

I called around for alignment pricing and these guys had the best price in town and could get me in right away. They took care of the alignment fast, and during a quick check they pointed out that one of my tires was in bad shape. They don’t even sell tires, so they had nothing to gain from telling me — they just wanted me to know before it turned into a bigger problem. I was able to get it fixed immediately and the car has been running great since. I’ll definitely be coming back here for future work.

Such a great experience with getting my Jeep Cherokee repair here. Keith is friendly and communicates very well. They have exceeded my expectations. I will be bringing my cars here for oil changes.

I brought my challenger in for an oil change and was particular about the oil that was used. I was able to bring my own oil in and the technician changed it for a reasonable fee. Also changed my trunk struts at no charge. I'm impressed with the thorough check that was done on my car that included photos. Great place to bring my car for service!
