I had such a great experience here after my car was hit and needed body repairs through insurance. From the beginning, they made a stressful situation feel so much easier. Dealing with insurance can already be overwhelming, but they walked me through everything and kept me updated throughout the process. They were professional, patient, and really went above and beyond to make sure my car was taken care of. When I got my vehicle back, it honestly looked like nothing had ever happened. The quality of the work was amazing. I really appreciated how helpful and kind everyone was. You can tell they truly care about their customers, not just about getting the job done. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs body work done on their car!

I highly recommend this place. They took great care of both of my vehicles, an Acura MDX and a Mercedes-Benz E350 convertible. Communication was clear, the work was done properly, and they treated my cars with attention and respect. It’s hard to find a shop you can actually trust with different types of vehicles, but they delivered on both. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back and recommend them to others.

Whenever I have pulled up with whatever car, they get me taken care of and back on the road FAST. Grateful to have such a good business in the neighborhood. The staff is knowledgeable and I know I am not getting gouged.

Love this shop. Carlos is a great guy, the prices are reasonable, and it is rare to find an auto shop like this that you can actually trust. Can’t recommend them enough!

I started goin to Mr. Kool’s Auto, following my daughter, who searches and seeks out what’s best for her, in certain situations. One particular her first bought car, she came in for an oil change I believe. Was so satisfied with the service she referred me. Myself and her have been goin to Mr. Kool’s ever since, if needed. Please believe they will get you right, if not, come back, but I doubt it. Thank you Luis and your staff, for always being so kind and approachable at all times.
