Mr. Magic Car Wash

I pay almost $46 a month for the car wash pass and they do NOT spray your car off with water or the bug shield. I told a worker the last thing you go through wasnt moving. He said it never did. Ive been there before and it did move and does now! No reason to lie just say it's broken. The car comes out with soap suds on it and not all the way clean.

My daughter’s car was damaged before going through the wash at Mr. Magic Car Wash around February 27, 2026. Before the wash, a piece of the equipment fell (the arm that goes up and down to let you through) and caused a dent above the rear driver-side door area of her vehicle. She reported the damage immediately while still at the location using the reporting tablet provided by the business and also took photos of the dent before leaving the property. Today, she received a letter denying responsibility, stating that the claim was not filed at the time of the wash. This is incorrect, as the report was submitted on their tablet while she was still there. UPDATE: AVOID AT ALL COSTS I called my credit card company to block any future charges from this place. Bad service and poor customer service. Read all the more RECENT reviews on this place, because the reviews when it was still Coates were great. I called the company with my concerns as the owner suggested. No help! They refused to just charge me for the one bad wash I got, so instead, I have to pay for the entire month of 48.05. Terrible! I got the 25.00 wash with all the extras, then had to spend 40 minutes in the cold washing the entire back of my SUV, the filthy wheels and wheel wells. Not impressed. This was the first time I used Mr. Magic. I've gone through this car wash many times when it was Coates. It has gone downhill fast. The car wash itself seemed fine. But it looked like 1/2 the vacuums didn't work. There were no towels available to drive off your car. Maybe they don't have them now. I will go down the road to Mod Wash next time. The basic wash was only $10, which was nice.

This car wash is so disappointing now that the new company took over. Coates was the best. They don't pre spray anymore. There's hardly any soap used as you proceed through the carwash and the car is wet when it comes out. Towels are still provided but you have to use them to completely dry your car and clean off areas that didn't get washed. I'm so sad because I loved the quality coates provided... To top it off they wouldn't let me through today saying I have to prove my payment processed this month. Blessing in disguise Im done with this Mr Magic
