I just want to say that the service here was exceptional! Everybody was very friendly and they worked quick and efficiently to get my car back and running properly. I also love that I was able to renew my break tag as well! A huge plus! I would definitely recommend!

0n 6/24/25, I did not expect this shop to swindle me due to the perceived professionalism and the 5 star reviews. I did, however, experienced some of what each 1 star reviewer has expressed, which prompted me to contact the BBB and possibly LA Dept of Insurance because it seems like deceptive practices are going on here. In short, I paid $100 for a diagnostics fee and had to demand a printout because they only checked what I told them was wrong. If I'm paying $100 for a diagnostic of the car, I want full report. They eventually misdiagnosed the car, and when I returned it for them to fix, they held the car over the weekend to tell me on that following Tuesday that they couldn't fix it. I now have to go through all of this again with a different mechanic all because this shop wants money wi

My check engine light was on . It was very hard to detect what was going on but here at Mr. Mechanic they figured it out . The pricing was very reasonable . Great customer service would definitely recommend. Thank yall .

I came to get some work done on my truck and all the guys there were friendly and helpful. I’ve been other places and it’s always a hassle but at Mr Mechanic, they welcome your business and want to help you out. BEST place around and I’ll only come here from now on.

I went in for an alignment for my 2014 Silverado and left with more problems than I went in with had to take it to 2 other places to fix the things they messed up including loosening multiple parts of my truck to "check things" and never retightening it I will never go here or recommend it to anyone. Save your time and money
