My steering wheel adjuster cable came off. I called this mechanic. He didn't have a new cable. He just lowered my steering wheel so I could drive. The whole job took 5 hours, but he wrote out an invoice for 6 hours because his friend came with one tool and helped him. And the worst part is that he always swore at me because my English is bad and I didn't understand him completely. If you don’t know English or your English is bad, DON’T CALL TO HIM.
Called Mr Mechanico to come help after my batteries shorted out on my Peterbilt. He kept promising to come to my location within 20-30 minutes at least three times. After waiting 5 hours and after receiving zero communications from him, I was able to rectify the situation myself. Mr Mechanico will NOT get any of my business or business from my friends or colleagues in the future.
We were driving back from Denver towards Chicago at the end of a 2 week camping trip when we hit a pothole that popped one of tires. It was after 5PM on a sunday and the nearest town was 45min away. We called Mr. Mechanico and he picked up quickly, told us where to drive to meet him, and began looking for a replacement tire immediately. Due to it being late on a sunday, we weren’t able to get the correct tire size. However, Mr. Mechanico offered us another tire option which we had to decline since we still have 900mi to go. Overall, Mr. Mechanico was wonderfully helpful and responsive! We would definitely call him if we ever have car problems in this area again. We are extremely grateful for his help :)
Medinas Carrier driver had a trailer tire blow out after hours. Bob was professional, prompt, and got them back on the road quickly.
