Mr Starter

Amazing knowledge and great spirit! I met a stranded lady in a nearby parking lot who could not start her car. She was a little frantic, so I tried tp help. Couldnʻt find a supply store near us but saw this shop on the map, just around the corner. The owner dropped everything he was doing and came with us to the lot, where he got the car started and advised her on what to do. She gave us all apples. It was lovely. This is the kind of community spirit I wish every business had! I am not a resident of the area but would definitely support this kind of artisan knowledge and fair, generous practice. Mahalo!

Looks can be deceiving (no work bays, crowded small lot, building seemed to be in disrepair), but this place gets the job done at a phenomenal price! I called the evening before to ensure they had the starter in stock or could get a hold of one the next day. We dropped off our Honda Civic at 9:00 am (checked-in seemed like organized chaos) – filled out a simple work order form that would be the eventual receipt with a 1 year warranty. Civic was ready by 2:00 pm same day. Apparently, they do the work outside rain or shine.

Friendly and professional service

My truck left me stranded for the first time in 8 years. Took it to this shop and and had my starter changed as well as my starter solenoid. All for 320. They were also pretty fast. Took less than 1.5 hours. They also provide a 1 year warranty on parts and service. FYI they only take cash. Honestly this was so cheap, I felt bad for paying so little. So decided to add a review as well.
