Mickey will take care of you! Had some tires that needed to be changed last minute, and they got it done same day. It was primarily Mickey that helped me and not only are they incredibly knowledgeable, they’re also extremely personable, warm, and friendly. The rate was reasonable but I’m going back for Mickey! thank you so much!!
My boyfriend and I came in on a busy day, we had an appointment for tire installation and wheel alignment. One thing I’d like to address is that customers should be considerate and kind to the staff. During our time there we had witnessed a customer being rude just because he wanted something done immediately without having an appointment. If you have a tight schedule then I suggest scheduling an appointment because there is going to be a wait. Mickey is the star of the show. Fast, knowledgeable and very engaging. Definitely recommend this place.
WARNING: DO NOT COME HERE— THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY EVEN IF NO SERVICE IS DONE!! On Thursday evening my fiancé had a flat tire so we put the spare on and headed over to Mr. Tire to see if they could help because they were the only ones open and were closest to us. We ended up leaving the car overnight knowing they wouldn’t be able to give a quote until Friday morning, which was fine. We called on Friday morning around 11am after having not heard anything yet. They quoted $350 for ONE tire. We said no and asked for alternatives and they came back with a new price of $170. We initially said yes to go with that. After a few minutes and after telling them yes we called back and said never mind that we might have a warranty and will take it to where we bought it. NO WORK WAS DONE ON THE CAR AND TH
We ran in to buy a tire after a small accident forced us to leave car at nearby dealership. We wanted to match the tire we had just installed because the remaining 3 were brand new. I wish I had the service rep's name because she was friendly, professional, and efficient. We were in and out lighting fast with a very positive interaction. Genuine service.
They sold me a tire with a nail in it and a patch that forced me to drive from Virginia to Miami, constantly having to inflate the tires and spend money to repair their terrible tire. Don't buy tires from this place, they are scammers.
