Sam was very kind and considerate. I thought was air pressure in my tires causing shaking. They took it out for drive. And found it was missing 3 lug nuts off rear tire! I thank you very much for your time you put into fixing it staying after hours! I had 2 adults with me with disabilities one in wheelchair. So very grateful 🙏 Thank you! Thank you!

I recently took my new 2023 truck with new September 2025 tires into Tire Choice in Alliance for a wheel alignment. After them sending me home with it not in alignment I brought it back within 5 minutes, they did another wheel alignment, charging me $106, with it still not aligned properly. Sent me home with it driving freaking sideways down the road!! Worse than when I brought it in. They said I had a power steering issue & needed to go elsewhere. I then took it to Brittain’s in Alliance who fixed it for $95 by doing a CORRECT wheel alignment. Nothing else. My power steering is fine it was never the issue. Tire Choice then said they swear to issue me a refund but that they do not have a store manager. (What’s up with that?) Therefore, I’d have to wait a few days and hope for a call back.

Exceptional service! Very knowledgeable! Reasonable Price! Quick & Friendly Service! I took a tire in that needed plugged due to a piece of metal being lodged in it. They removed the metal, plugged the tire, put it back on, & rebalanced the tires. They also explained why the Lane Keep Assistance and ABS would temporarily show as problematic. I highly recommend Mr. Tire!

They got me in within an hour of me calling which was nice. Told me it would take about an hour; it was longer than that but no sweat. They let me know I need new shocks also and I was willing to have those done. They either didn't have them available or didn't have time to do them. It wasn't clear to me, but again no sweat. I asked twice for an estimate and I left there still pretty unclear on what that estimate would be since "no price prints out for brakes." I had also asked on the phone and when I got there for them to run a diagnostic to find out why my check engine light was on. I asked at check out what was going on with that and was told they didn't do it. 3 stars because despite the fact that everyone was nice enough when interacting with me I left there feeling like my business w
