I had an awesome experience stopping by Mr. Tires and was helped by Shiquia “CHE” Stevens. She was absolutely fantastic and professional. She helped me understand what was going on with my tires and the process of getting a new tire. She found the nails in our tires immediately and was able to show where the air was leaking. Definitely why I choose Mr. Tires and recommend them to friends and family. Everyone here was helpful and kind. God Bless you

Exceptional and exemplary service!! Steve greeted me kindness, respectf and understanding. I dread going to the repair shop cause honestly woman are taken advantage by repairs due our ignorance. Steve communicated what was the most important thing to get done first. Showed me parts and patiently answered my questions. Had an great experience at this Mr Tire location. Went thinking I needed more done to my car than what was actually needed, they did not over diagnose the issue and promptly resolved it for much less money than I anticipated. One of the last few trustworthy car shops. Would highly recommend.

Would not recommend if you don't know much about cars first experience there i bought two tires after not even a year one air was not staying in the tire the other caught a piece of glass or something i needed up getting Walmart tires which is on my car still after a year with nothing happening so far my other experience my car was sitting for two weeks because they couldn't diagnose a issue which was only a coolant leak in which my father had to patch to get me to another shop that fixed it right away I would bring someone with u that know about cars the manager seemed very friendly even gave me a discount but service for me I can't say was a great experience my battery even died because of how long it was sitting just over something that could've easily be spotted if they lifted my car a

Called by the store on Friday a little after 3:30 PM, was told I was able to come in that day to have my tires replaced. Was able to get two new rear tires for a good price! The owner was respectful, nice & welcoming to each of his customers. Him & I shared a conversation about how I am a Morgan State University student and how he’s an alumni. He hooked me up with a discount at the end, which was a huge blessing 🙏🏾! This was my first time ever visiting and definitely would come back in the near future!
