**Exceptional Service Under Outstanding Leadership** I specifically followed Abe from the Berea location to the Brunswick Mr. Tire location, and let me tell you why that says everything about this man's character and professionalism. Abe gave me an incredible deal on tires, service, and parts, but what impressed me most was that he didn't do anything special for me that he wouldn't do for any other customer walking through the door. I went up to get air in my tires and the technician filled them and checked the tire pressure at no charge. I was actually due for front tires so he let me know the price and was able to get me in right away. The service was quick less than an hour and I paid a decent price. They were very professional and pleasant. They did excellent work and I'm very happy with the service I received there. I would highly suggest this place to everyone.

I had a routine oil change scheduled. That day, in true Ohio fashion, there was a pretty good snow storm. Mr. Tire was still open and happily took care of me at my scheduled time.

Phenomenal experience. The staff are well educated, professional, and honest. Most auto places make you feel like an inconvenience, but at this location I was treated very well. Will be coming back again (hopefully not for awhile though LOL, car problems suck)
