Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers

had an emergency blowout on the Turnpike and Mr. Tire was my second call. I should have known better when they quoted me over $200 more than another local repair shop, but because of traffic and an accident nearby, towing anywhere else wasn’t an option. They promised me they would order the tire right away, so I went with them. I paid $250 just to get towed there, only to find out—an hour later—that they didn’t even have the proper tire machine. (truth was the mechanic didn’t know how to get it off the rimG I only learned this after walking directly into the garage to ask, since no one in the office bothered to update me. I called ahead to confirm my tire size, and when I arrived, I was told they didn’t have the tires because of my car. That information should have been asked during the phone call, as it was clearly relevant. They ultimately did have all four tires after all. I was originally told the wait would be about an hour and a half, but it took much longer, and I received no updates. I left and later returned, only to be completely ignored by the staff. I had to initiate conversation myself, which is unacceptable for customer service. For brand-new tires, they were extremely dirty. I’m giving two stars solely because the woman who works there was at least pleasant. I will never return or recommend this place, not even in an emergency. — Steven C.

Excellent customer service. I received 4 new tires with the works! All done in a few hours. Very polite and reasonably priced. They didn’t try and sell me anything crazy extra either.

I had a problem with my valve stem on a tire during the snow… they were about to get the wheel off; which I was very grateful for because no other shop would help me… then the guy drove an hour to get me a tire… a bit pricey but with excellent service you don’t mind paying more. They also told me where I could fix my exhaust for cheap on an additional vehicle… I like them I’ll be returning. I have 4 vehicles and service does matter over $$

I had one tire that was flat and damaged; so I towed my car to Mr Tire Auto Service Centers to replace the damaged tire. It was at night and I was told that in the morning they would inspect and call me about what needed to be done... In the morning I was told that Mr Tire could not match the other 3 good tires that I had because they are some kind of off brand... and I had to replace all 4 tires since my vehicle is 4wheel drive... but when I googled search, the tires I had were very popular and could be found at so many places around very close and accessible to Mr Tire and to me... Mr Tire advertises that if they do not have a brand they could use outside sources to match what the customer needs... They refused to do that for me and I ended up having to replace all 4 tires eventhough I
